What if I’m not flexible?Babe, that’s exactly why we do yoga. No one expects you to fold like a pretzel. Flexibility is a journey, not a requirement.
-
What should I wear and do I need to bring anything?Wear something comfy you can move in (leggings, joggers, your fave oversized tee). Mats are provided, water’s a good shout too.
-
Do you have changing rooms or showers? We’ve got a small changing space and loos, but no showers just yet. Come dressed if you can!
-
How do I book a class?Easy! Head to our booking page, choose your class, and you’re in. You'll get all the deets emailed to you. If you get stuck, just drop us a message or DM.
-
What’s the vibe of the classes—chill or serious? And is there any breathwork or meditation? We keep it grounded, not preachy. The practice matters, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously — think movement, music, laughs, and maybe a cheeky f-bomb. Some classes include breathwork or meditation, but never in a culty or cringe way. We blend mindset and movement in a way that feels real. You might leave feeling stronger, calmer, and way more connected to your badass self.
-
What ages do you cater for?Bodhi is mainly for adults (18+), but if you’ve got a teen who’s into yoga, drop us a message — we might be able to hook them up with a spot.
-
I’ve never done yoga before — can I still come?Hell yes. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ve created a space where you can learn, mess up, laugh at yourself, and still leave feeling like a damn goddess. Our classes are designed for all levels, and we guide you through everything. No experience needed — just show up as you are.
-
What is Iyengar style yoga? It’s yoga… with ropes on the wall. Iyengar rope yoga uses wall-mounted ropes to support your body in different poses — helping you stretch deeper, build strength, and explore alignment in a whole new way. It’s kind of like yoga meets anti-gravity. Don’t worry, you won’t be swinging from the ceiling. It’s super grounding, safe, and surprisingly fun.
-
What time should I arrive?Doors open 5–10 minutes early to get yourself set up and chill before class starts. We try to start on time — so no stressy dashes if you can help it.
-
Is there parking?Yep — there’s free parking right on site. No need to stress about finding a spot, just rock up, park up, and roll out your mat.
-
Are the classes unisex?Yes! All our classes are open to everyone — every gender, every body, every background. Bodhi Yoga is an inclusive, body-positive space where you’re free to show up exactly as you are. No judgement, just movement that meets you where you’re at. We're proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and all about creating a vibe that’s safe, supportive, and full of love.
